Jessica Lynn Garino was originally from Maryland, but moved to Tennessee at a young age. Just before Christmas of 2011, she opted to relocate to Goldsboro, North Carolina, for a fresh start. She lived in North Carolina with roommates on Old Granthan Road during her short time there.
It’s reported on another site that Jessica’s sister spoke with her on January 21, 2012, and she was believed to have been going to dinner with some friends that night. It further stated that the following day, Jessica did not answer any texts or calls.

According to the Charley Project, Garino was last seen at the Carolina Treatment Center in the 1700 block of East Ash Street in Goldsboro on January 23, 2012.
This is where it gets even more murky. Another site indicates that she was living with a 52-year-old man, who was once a neighbor to her family at the time of her disappearance. The man in question was reportedly a known drug user. It also stated that her social media had not been used or updated since the same time period, January 2012, when she vanished. Still, her food card was used for approximately one month afterwards in Goldsboro and Charleston, South Carolina.
The website NamUs states that her roommate reported that he last saw her at the end of January, and a coworker reported she last saw her on January 25, 2012
Someone knows exactly what happened to Jessica Lynn Garino; maybe that person is you.
At the time of her disappearance, Jessica was described as a 21-year-old Caucasian female, 5’6 “- 5’10” tall, 130 – 150 lbs, with brown hair and green eyes. Her tattoos include swirls and stars on her foot, “Jessica” on her ankle, and a rose on her left back shoulder.
