Laura Ann Anders was last seen on January 2, 2019, on Bauknight Road in Mountain Rest, South Carolina, in Oconee County. At the time, Anders reportedly didn’t have a mobile phone, and the family had no way to contact her.
This is another strange disappearance within Oconee County between 2018 and 2020. Many may know that we have covered other cases in this area, such as Pamela “Faith” Roach, Tammy Stubblefield, and the death of Renee King, who disappeared in 2020. King’s body was later recovered in a wooded area.
All remain unsolved at this time.
