Rhonda Gail Kelley was 45 years old when she disappeared on November 23, 2016. At the time, Kelley was seen in the area of Gage Street and Tanyard Avenue in Greenwood, South Carolina.
She is described as 5 feet 6 inches tall, with blue eyes and brown hair, and she weighs approximately 105 pounds.
It is believed that she had a pair of blue jeans and a light-colored hooded sweatshirt on when she went missing.
