Stephanie Womacks was just 52 years old when she went missing at Table Rock State Park on March 3, 2025. Womacks was last seen around 6 p.m., an hour after her husband left to get supplies for the couple. A search would ensue to find Stephanie Womacks, but it was almost like she vanished into thin air on that early spring evening.
According to the Greenville News, “Multiple agencies, including the Anderson County Sheriff’s Office, Anderson County Emergency Management, the Greenville County Sheriff’s Office, the Greenville County Emergency Response Team, the Oconee County Sheriff’s Office, and the Oconee County Emergency Services, have also assisted in the search for missing hiker Womacks at Table Rock State Park.”
On March 21, 2025, the search for Stephanie was called off because of the Table Rock wildfire.
Stephanie Womacks was last seen wearing a brown hoodie and black tennis shoes. She is around five feet tall and weighs approximately 100 pounds.
