They say life is a picnic, but in this place of gloom and doom, it is more like a five-course meal. Molly’s Rock Picnic Area may sound like a happy little place where families gather to enjoy nature, but this place has a dark side. The old Flag Lake is no longer a lake, and the area is rumored to be a very active paranormal hot spot for the strange and unexpected. According to several online sites, a cemetery on a nearby hill has an entire row of grave markers for the deceased who committed suicide. Witnesses visiting the area have reported seeing bright lights at night, experiencing eerie feelings, encountering orbs, and experiencing unexplained car trouble.
