Troy Lee Jacobs went missing from Red Springs, North Carolina, on February 26, 1996. According to NamUs, Jacobs was last seen at a convenience store in that area and was into a black vehicle with multiple unknown people.
Reportedly, the vehicle was a Pontiac Grand Prix, and some believe he may have been taken against his will. NamUs also states that “Troy had expressed to his father earlier that he was concerned for his safety,” and “foul play is suspected.”
