Casi Ann Pogue disappeared on July 5, 2000, after she was discharged from Greenville Memorial Hospital in Greenville, South Carolina. Security cameras captured Casi walking away from the hospital.
After she disappeared from the hospital cameras, she vanished into thin air.
Over the holiday weekend, Casi checked into the hospital, reportedly twice. According to the website, NamUs, “Family believes she had her ID and bank cards with her; however, they have not had any activity on them since the day she went missing.”
She was 40 years old at the time she went missing, and described as five feet and 6 inches tall, with blonde hair, and weighing approximately 100 pounds.
