Unsolved Homicide of Kenneth Michael Leefe

According to the North Carolina State Bureau of Investigation, Kenneth Michael Leefe was murdered on Thursday, June 24, 2010, at approximately 11:30 p.m. in the parking lot of a Bojangles restaurant on Highway 70 in La Grange, North Carolina. La Grange is located in Lenoir County.

Mr. Leefe served as a manager and was leaving his job when a suspect murdered the soon-to-be 56-year-old. Nearby surveillance cameras from a nearby business captured the crime. The murder suspect drove a four-door, dark-colored Mazda 626 at the time, and the model of the vehicle is believed to have been from 2000 to 2003.
