Serial killer John Williams Jr. terrorized downtown Raleigh, North Carolina, in the mid-1990s. Williams was a homeless drifter who was responsible for at least four deaths, and possibly more.
I will cover Mr. Williams in a future True Crime article at a later date, but it’s noteworthy to add that one building in the same area is reportedly haunted. And, some believe it may be haunted by one of William’s victims, who died in the alleyway.
According to reports, a restaurant that was once housed in the old Pine State Creamery building claimed that the premises were haunted.
People and former employees reported hearing their names called by a disembodied voice. Glasses would move themselves at night, and the lights would abruptly turn off.
