Founders Hall is at 100 N Tryon Street in Charlotte, North Carolina. The story goes that before the vibrant space that you recognize today welcomed visitors, it served as a sanctum of knowledge for medical scholars. It is said that a group of students at the former school traveled to a nearby moonlit cemetery one night in search of a body to bring back and found the body of a young, dark-haired girl named Louise.
They also reportedly brought back unforeseen consequences. Now, it’s said that her spirit walks the halls of Founders Hall and cries out in the night. It is also alleged that visitors have encountered the tormented figure wandering the building, only to disappear when security personnel search for her.
