The Ghostly Black Vehicle from Hell Wreaks Havoc in this North Georgia Town

The old Elf House in Talking Rock, Georgia, in Gilmer County, is no place to be at any time. The grounds have a reputation as a paranormal hotspot. The small town is nestled in the foothills of the North Georgia Mountains, approximately fifteen miles from Ellijay.

While the premises are enough to scare you straight, the ghostly black vehicle that appears from nowhere to greet visitors running for their lives is enough to make Christine have engine trouble.

According to Jim Miles in his Haunted North Georgia book, the ghostly black vehicle will appear from nowhere and chase you down the road, emitting no engine sound or dust from the road.

Supposedly, the mystery machine with tinted windows will vanish into thin air once you reach the main highway. One person said in his book, “It’s a place best left alone.”

Two accounts of the phantom vehicle appear in the book. One person may have said it best- It’s unnatural.
