Are Undead Civil War Veterans Haunting Dolly Parton Parkway

The Battle of Fair Garden in 1864 was one of many that occurred across the southern United States during the Civil War. But like much of the Carolinas and their ghosts of past soldiers, Sevierville in Tennessee suffers from the same fate. Right off Dolly Parton Parkway, the Civil War veterans of the South continued to prepare for the battle that would end in a complete debacle for them.

Two drivers employed by an undisclosed laundry company witnessed paranormal activity on Dolly Parton Parkway. The first eyewitness encountered what he described as a thick fog. As he drove through it, he slammed on his brakes as four men suddenly appeared. At approximately 2:30 AM, men dressed in Civil War clothing began walking across the street while rolling a cannon. They didn’t notice the driver. It was as if he were watching a Civil War reenactment.

While passing through the same stretch of road, the other driver experienced his windshield ice over despite it being a hot and humid morning. Each encounter occurred before sunrise, which is noteworthy.

Are you brave enough to travel through Dolly Parton Parkway at night?
